International Animal Rescue (IAR) is dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of animals around the world. Volunteers are always needed at the rescue center in Goa. You may take a guided tour of the center to learn more about the positive changes being made and meet the animals. You can also read Olive’s diary to learn more about the rescues taking place at IAR Goa.

Donations go directly toward the ongoing sterilization program and the treatment of sick and injured animals.

IAR is always in need of newspapers, blankets, towels and sheets. Keep the IAR telephone numbers in your cell. If you see a sick or injured animal, please bring it to the center or call IAR for assistance.

WAG's mission is to bring an end to the unnecessary suffering endured by countless beach dogs and cats. WAG arranges the daily feeding, medical attention, vaccinations and sterilization of beach dogs. They also have a re-homing project for fostered puppies and kittens and WAG pays for all vaccinations and operations of the adopted dogs for those owners who cannot afford it.

Volunteers are desperately needed to monitor the feeding and health of the dogs, especially during the off-season months, May to October. There is a possibility of free accommodation for volunteers who wish to help between these months.

All donations go directly for food, salary for the cook and medical care for dogs & cats.
